RiverJungle Mrarathon 2015 - 42.195Km @ Batu 14, Hulu Langat

Endomondo Running Workout: was out running 42.21 km in 6h:51m:55s using Endomondo

It have been low training since route68, and mostly 5-8Km during weekday. Running a full marathon is no joke at all without some training. Already expected 7 hours to completed the route, anyway there is bonus of 8 minutes.

Running at the dark at the beginning from Batu 14 Hulu Langat seen to be better for me, at least I still can pace someone. There is a girl I pace at least 2-3Km average during the 1st 5Km, and run still smooth till the 15Km at the sky still dark. slow down on the 1st uphill, and it is almost 4Km long and there are "durian" waiting at the U turn point. Started to push further during the downhill, and almost flat to the Km32. Just before the Km32, there is water station with sweet coconut juice which I found was the best along the route. Walk uphill, and almost 3Km to the Km35 water station. Here there was another girl I followed to push myself further.

1000 Hearts Charity run 5Km@ mini stadium Tapah

Run at my own hometown. First time having running event at my own hometown, and as a runner, must support on whatever reasons. There are 10Km and 5Km categories, and it is common for 1st time event. I run 5Km with my family, wife and kids. Will try 10Km next year if the event repeat in 2016. This is another event I run barefooted, and I did enjoyed the whole run. 

Medal awarded to only 10Km runner, and therefore I do not have medal for this run.

Kampar Half Marathon 2015 - 21Km @ Kampar

Since, this is the first time Kampar having running event, and there are some facilities still lacking.
No mobile toilets available, and no ribbon on the U turn to ensure no one take the short cut at the middle.

The scenes are awesome toward the Tualang.

Route 68 Challenge 2015 - 50Km @ Hospital Orang Asli Gombak

Endomondo Running Workout: was out running 53.30 km in 9h:13m:19s using Endomondo

First time doing Ultra 50Km.
0-15Km are uphill, and still good, manage to maintain average 9min/Km. There were water station at Km6.5, Km10, and next at Km16.5 (Genting Sempah).
16-25Km are donwhill, kept looking for U turn, and always thinking U turn was around the corner. Managed to reached U turn point in less then 4 hours as plan.
26-35Km are uphill, 95% are walking, sun came out, and it is hot, hardly can run. Took few minutes rest at the Genting Sempah. 
36-50Km are downhill, thinking of doing 10min/Km pace to reach finishing line in less then 9 hours. Was accompanied a runner friends, and walk mostly to the finishing line.

Bidor Half Marathon 2015 - 10Km @ Bidor

Run 10Km instead, bit worried on injuring because I have ultra 50Km 2 weeks later. first 4.5Km are good pace, and start walk middle of the uphill. Stop to push further after u turn, and started took selfie along the route. Nice scenery along the routes.

Skyhawk Nature Run 2015 - 21Km @ Malacca

Not bad timing, training help a lot in this race. the route was good, and the weather also good all the way till the finishing line. Catch up Allan Chow at last 5Km, and we pace each other back to the finishing line.

sub 3 for the half marathon, and looking for better timing for hm, next target 2:45.
