Endomondo Running Workout: was out running 42.21 km in 6h:51m:55s using Endomondo
It have been low training since route68, and mostly 5-8Km during weekday. Running a full marathon is no joke at all without some training. Already expected 7 hours to completed the route, anyway there is bonus of 8 minutes.
Running at the dark at the beginning from Batu 14 Hulu Langat seen to be better for me, at least I still can pace someone. There is a girl I pace at least 2-3Km average during the 1st 5Km, and run still smooth till the 15Km at the sky still dark. slow down on the 1st uphill, and it is almost 4Km long and there are "durian" waiting at the U turn point. Started to push further during the downhill, and almost flat to the Km32. Just before the Km32, there is water station with sweet coconut juice which I found was the best along the route. Walk uphill, and almost 3Km to the Km35 water station. Here there was another girl I followed to push myself further.
