Endomondo Running Workout: was out running 9.99 km in 1h:13m:51s using Endomondo
Run 10Km instead, bit worried on injuring because I have ultra 50Km 2 weeks later. first 4.5Km are good pace, and start walk middle of the uphill. Stop to push further after u turn, and started took selfie along the route. Nice scenery along the routes.
