Endomondo Running Workout: was out running 20:70 km in 2h:50m:36s using Endomondo.
Last run event was on June, and I miss the Olympic Day Fun run, and Standard Chartered Full Marathon due to re-schedule to 29-Sept. So this should be the starting of the training for the full in Sept.
At Km5, the left leg started showing problem, and manage to overcome it by slowing down the pace all the way to Km8. Refill energy by having a energy gel at Km8, then later at Km14. Thought of having another refill at Km18, then later just another 3 more Km, better save it for next run.
