Endomondo Running Workout: was out running 53.30 km in 9h:13m:19s using Endomondo
First time doing Ultra 50Km.
0-15Km are uphill, and still good, manage to maintain average 9min/Km. There were water station at Km6.5, Km10, and next at Km16.5 (Genting Sempah).
16-25Km are donwhill, kept looking for U turn, and always thinking U turn was around the corner. Managed to reached U turn point in less then 4 hours as plan.
26-35Km are uphill, 95% are walking, sun came out, and it is hot, hardly can run. Took few minutes rest at the Genting Sempah.
36-50Km are downhill, thinking of doing 10min/Km pace to reach finishing line in less then 9 hours. Was accompanied a runner friends, and walk mostly to the finishing line.
