SCKLM 2013 - 42.195Km @ Dataran Merdeka

Endomondo Running Workout was out running 42.195 km in 6:45m:22s using Endomondo

This is my 1st FULL marathons since I started to run in 2011. You never try, you never know. I have done 7 times of half marathons, that help me in term of some distance toward 21Km. While 42Km is different, which you shouldn't push too hard in the 1st half, and you need some energy for the 2nd half.

1-5Km - From Dataran Merdeka to Mid Valley. My pace still good, and within 7:30min to 8:00min. Noticed someone fall down, and believe she is ok.
6-10Km - Mid Valley to TUDM airport, the road is flat still, and with help from some frequent runner (Mohan), manage to push a bit faster.
11-15Km - From TUDM airport to Vivahome, stop while at the nearby Km12, seeing most of the muslim runners start their regular praying. Along the Jalan Loke Yew, those 21Km runners start overtaking us, and they run very fast.
16-20Km - Vivahome to Wisma TIME, turn into Cheras after the roundabout, then Jalan tun Razak, passby  Pudu Pasar area.
21-25Km - Turn into Jalan Bukit Bintang, and pass-by Pavilion, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Jalan Raja Chulan, Jalan P Ramlee,and toward KLCC, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, and all the way to Jalan Tun Razak. There was a water spray tunnel in front of hotel Istana.
26-30Km - Jalan tun Razak, Jalan Pahang routeabout, turn in Jalan Ipoh. There were power gel giving out at water station Km26, unfortunately, there run out of stock, and it really demotivating all the runners. Expect banana at Km29 water station, and was told also no stock. Felt very upset, and have to consume my last power gel, which I plan to have it for Km30 above.
31-35Km- Jalan Ipoh, at the Jalan Kepong route-about  turn in Jalan Kuching, and all the way to Segambut routeabout. There was hot sun, and really can run well on this 5Km, and so lucky, there was power gel at the water station, and this really help.
36-40Km - This is where the standard training route for most of the runner, from the Segambut route-about  turn in to the Bukit Tunku, and all the way to Bank Negara. This is the most excited 5Km, as you can see so many volunteers cheer up the runner, and gave out free drinks, free food. I got Free Malta, and it was cold, and it was awesome. then I manage to perform few slow run uphill, and downhill, and u-turn to the Bank Negara.
41-42.295Km - Bank Negara, turn in Jalan Raja Laut, and turn at Pertama Komplex, then Jalan TAR back to Dataran Merdaka. Met Desmond Liau (Cari Runner), and walk with him from Jalan Raja Laut to 100m before the finishing line. He told he he was injured since Km23, and still manage to walk till Km40.

Live Great Run 2013 - 12Km @ Matrade

Endomondo Running Workout: was out running 12.29 km in 1h:35m:12s using Endomondo.

This is another great run organised by Great Eastern, the route is different compare to last year. This year we went through Bukit Tunku, and back to Jalan Kuching. I'm expecting to run slow pace, and try to avoid any injury. It end up the best 8Km ever last least 4 weeks. Hope I'm still good to run the SCKLC, overall the result is look good.

Men'sHealth & Shape Run 2013 - 12Km @ Putrajaya

Endomondo Running Workout was out running 12.30 km in 1h:35m:35s using Endomondo

This is my second year of Men'sHealth & Shape Run, and expected no medal again this year due to limited to 1000 for A catagory. It was a raining day, and rain start before the race, and never stop till end of the race.
These 2 weeks manage to clock the first 8Km below 1 hour, and hope can maintain the same pace next week, and the coming SCKLM.

Charity Run for Kidney 2013 - 10Km @ ICity Shah Alam

http://www.endomondo.com/workouts/ was out running 9.59 km in 1h:12m:56s using Endomondo.
Didn't plan for this run initially, and due to need more training for the re-schedule of the SCKLM 2013, therefore simply signup for this online. Overall the event are well organised, and one thing don't like is ICity did not sponsor for the free parking. Managed to run 8km below 1 hours, and the distance end in 9.5Km as expected.
