Endomondo Running Workout: was out running 16.71 km in 3h:02m:24s using Endomondo
Driving to Kalumpang took us 1 hour, and since the flag off time was 7:00am. We have to wake up by 4am.
We gathered at the Rawang RnR around 5:15am, and reached there about 6am.
This is 2nd years of the event, and it wasn't crowded as last year.
The 1Km are flat and on road, while at the first water crossing, everyone getting slower.
The first water station at 5Km, and that where we need to go up hill about 200m to the peak.
Downhill all the way to the second water crossing, and all the way trail run to the jungle.
After crossing multiple river, and uphill to the second water station, it was almost 11Km already.
some minor uphill, and downhill all the ways of the rubber estate to the road. and the last water station at Km14.

Most affordable run, and lot of goodies. The registration was simple, and fast at the BHP Petrol Kiosk.

There are 25Km and 50Km categories. Both categories started at the same time. This wasn't an easy route at all. From the starting to the Km3, it was flat. then up hill to Km6, trail run for 4Km to the first water station. Too bad I couldn't found any food, and just pick up some energy water, and continue the downhill to the air hitam dam. Uphill again when reached the Kek Lok Si Temple (极乐寺)to Km21. Then downhill all the way to the finishing line.

1st barefoot run event in Malaysia, and there are 2 categories, 6Km and 12Km.
In fact the 12Km is a 2 loops of the 6Km. All runner have to be barefooted, and no slipper is allow.

This is the 2nd ultrarun, and it is also 50Km. as compare to last year route68, the uphill are similar.
The cut-off time is 10hours, and therefore still complete within time.

Maybe started late, and come back almost at noon, and it is so hot.

This is my first run event for 2016, and I signed up to force myself train on the upcoming Twincity full marathon. first time run using nose the breathe all the way from start to the finishing line. This is the first time I know how to run proper. Since it only 12Km, and i decided to run barefoot, and I did it and of course with blisters on my both feet.
