Endomondo Running Workout : was out running 11.35 km in 1h:59m:22s using Endomondo.
This is the 2nd series of NM Galaxy Run, and it is 15Km. Due to having chat with a runner friend, and started my GPS watch late. Manage to capture after 3Km onward. The same route we did last year on 2XU, and no surprise. This round, manage to push a bit at KM7, start to slow down at hill 2 and 3. Took off my shoe at Km13, and run well all the way back to finishing line.
