Endomondo Running Workout was out running 20.88Km km in 3h:13m:17s
The route is good, and not many uphill like others, and thought will have pb, unfortunately pw.
This round really wanted to try barefoot for the last 5 Km, last just did last 2 Km.
Right leg started felt something at Km5, and start to slow down for longer distance. It help, and last me till Km15, ans seriously can not run, and walk back to the finishing line.
